- Coordinate and integrate various trades during design and planning phases to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory authorities and building codes
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using industry-standard software
- Identify and implement precast technologies to improve project efficiency and reduce timelines
- Analyze project requirements and resource allocation to optimize construction processes
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry
- Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong knowledge of precast technologies and construction methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements
- Certification in project management is a plus
