Asticom is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Davao. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of our engineering projects, with a specific focus on the physical integrity of the site and structural milestone alignment.
As a Planning Engineer, you will combine your civil/structural engineering expertise with advanced project management principles. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing comprehensive project schedules, managing risks, and ensuring that structural developments proceed safely, on time, and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor on-site progress against baseline schedules to ensure structural and civil engineering milestones are met.
- Assess and monitor the physical integrity of the site developments, collaborating closely with field engineers.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, variance analyses, and forecast updates for project stakeholders.
- Conduct structural and schedule risk assessments to proactively identify delays and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, site managers, and clients to maintain alignment on deliverables and timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in civil or structural construction projects.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of structural integrity assessment and site construction methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Davao on a contract basis.
