Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Analyze critical path methodologies to optimize construction timelines and resource allocation
- Monitor progress against baselines and implement corrective actions for delays
- Prepare monthly progress reports and variance analysis for stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project planning
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and BIM software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting
- Knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards
