- Develop and maintain detailed project master schedules using industry-standard software
- Analyze project requirements and allocate resources efficiently to meet critical milestones
- Monitor progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project activities and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and update timelines as project evolves
- Optimize construction workflows through continuous schedule refinement and resource balancing
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex project data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Singaporean construction regulations and industry standards
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
