Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
