Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of planning experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project scheduling software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Certification in project management (PMP) is preferred
