Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Analyze critical path activities and identify potential delays or resource constraints
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
- Prepare progress reports and variance analyses for stakeholders
- Optimize resource allocation and logistics for maximum efficiency
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for schedule impacts
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical scheduling conflicts
- Maintain compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Singaporean construction regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure projects
