Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and updating of detailed project schedules based on contract specifications and company standards.
- Prepare work programs and track target milestones under the guidance of the Senior Planning Engineer.
- Support the monitoring of project progress and assist in the preparation of progress reports and S-curves.
- Coordinate with site teams to gather data related to actual work progress and resource utilization.
- Help in the analysis of project delays and assist in preparing extension of time (EOT) documentation.
- Maintain and update project records and planning databases.
- Participate in project meetings and assist in the communication of schedule updates to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and CPM scheduling methodology.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with various project stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Metro Manila.
