Are you an experienced Planning Engineer with a passion for driving efficiency in complex construction projects? The Supreme HR Advisory is currently seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our client’s team, focusing on large-scale Additions & Alterations (A&A) works for commercial building upgrading projects in Singapore’s East Region.
In this role, you will be the backbone of project scheduling, ensuring that our A&A works are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest industry standards. You will bridge the gap between design and execution, providing critical insights that keep stakeholders informed and projects on track. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules (Master and Weekly) using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies for A&A work progress.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, including S-curves and histograms, for client and management review.
- Analyze site feedback to provide accurate delay analysis and recovery schedules.
- Participate in regular progress meetings to coordinate work sequences and resource allocation.
- Ensure that project timelines align with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations for building upgrades.
- Monitor sub-contractor progress and ensure their schedules are integrated with the main project master program.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related construction field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for construction projects in Singapore.
- Proven track record in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works or commercial building upgrading.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction sequences and critical path management.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
