Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Analyze project progress against baseline schedules, identifying critical path activities and potential delays.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants to gather schedule updates and ensure alignment.
- Identify and assess schedule risks, proposing proactive mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Support the preparation of claims related to delays, if necessary, with robust schedule analysis.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning methodologies and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer on large-scale construction projects, preferably with exposure to data centres or similar complex infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and the full project lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English (and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding project environment.
- Familiarity with relevant local regulations and industry best practices in Indonesia.
