- Develop comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software and methodologies
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks
- Analyze resource requirements and optimize allocation for maximum efficiency
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Implement corrective actions when projects deviate from planned schedules
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential issues
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry
- Proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) is a plus
