As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for end-to-end project scheduling, resource optimization, and progress monitoring for complex infrastructure projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging advanced project management methodologies to ensure our high-profile energy and water projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements for water and energy infrastructure.
- Perform critical path analysis (CPA) to identify potential bottlenecks and provide actionable mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress against established baselines, ensuring accurate forecasting and schedule adherence.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews to reconcile planning data with on-site performance.
- Prepare detailed monthly progress reports and performance dashboards for project managers and senior leadership.
- Support risk management processes by identifying schedule-related threats and proposing recovery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the Water or Energy/Utilities sector.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK) and contract forms (e.g., FIDIC).
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex project data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification (PMP or Prince2) is highly regarded.
