Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
