We are representing a reputable MNC in the manufacturing and logistics sector, seeking a meticulous and driven Planning Executive (Calculation) to join their vibrant team in the East Region. This role offers a basic salary of up to $3,500, with additional shift allowances and a supportive work environment that values work-life balance and professional growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate calculations for production planning and material requirements.
- Analyse supply chain data to optimise inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on planning metrics, forecasts, and performance.
- Utilise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to update and track planning data.
- Identify discrepancies in calculations or data and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing planning efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in all planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a planning, inventory, or calculation role, preferably in manufacturing.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Own transport (bike) preferred for travel within the East Region.
