Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical operations to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to meet customer demand accurately.
- Liaise with warehouse personnel, transport providers, and vendors to optimize delivery routes.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the logistics process and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the documentation and data entry of shipment manifests and delivery orders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in the logistics industry are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
