Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage and control inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent shortages and minimize holding costs.
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of plans.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare regular reports on production progress, inventory status, and planning performance for management review.
- Forecast material requirements and collaborate with the procurement team for timely ordering and delivery of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures within the planning function.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain resilience and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems; SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
