Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monitoring and tracking raw material inventory levels to ensure availability for production lines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to schedule material deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the production planning team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and update inventory databases using relevant software.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Analyze planning data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely material handling.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate clear reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus but not required.
