Are you a seasoned Planning professional with a proven track record in the Oil and Gas sector? Michael Page is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Planning Lead to join a high-impact midstream project in Jakarta Selatan.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of project execution, orchestrating integrated planning initiatives to ensure midstream projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards. You will act as the bridge between EPC contractors and operational teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to mitigate risks and optimize project lifecycle efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive integrated master schedules for complex midstream projects.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors to ensure alignment of work sequences, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify potential schedule bottlenecks and proactively develop recovery plans or mitigation strategies.
- Provide analytical progress reporting to senior management, highlighting KPIs, critical path variances, and cost implications.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings between engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams.
- Ensure that all planning activities comply with corporate standards and regulatory requirements for the oil and gas industry.
- Manage resource leveling and load forecasting to optimize operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project planning and control within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and/or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and midstream infrastructure requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure environments and meet tight project deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required for effective stakeholder management.
