Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production and supply chain plans to meet customer demand and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover to reduce carrying costs while preventing stockouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and logistics to align production schedules with market requirements.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify bottlenecks to implement process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end planning workflows to ensure timely fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
- Oversee operational continuity by managing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive efficiency in complex supply chain environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is highly preferred.
