Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project master schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement proactive corrective measures.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management, highlighting project health and resource utilization.
- Analyze resource requirements and manage procurement timelines to ensure materials are available as scheduled.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and project quality specifications throughout the planning cycle.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to align project goals with corporate business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction planning or project control management.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
