We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to lead our production planning operations in Senai, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring that our manufacturing processes align perfectly with market demand and inventory targets. You will act as the critical bridge between sales, production, and supply chain teams, optimizing workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
You will be responsible for interpreting complex data trends, forecasting future needs, and implementing actionable strategies to drive operational excellence. - Develop and maintain accurate Master Production Schedules (MPS) to meet sales forecasts and inventory goals.
- Analyze production data and sales trends to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability and resource allocation.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory turnover to minimize holding costs while preventing stockouts.
- Generate comprehensive reports on production performance and schedule adherence for senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Deep knowledge of demand planning principles and inventory control strategies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
