Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production line plans aligned with customer demand and capacity constraints
- Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate customer orders into feasible production timelines
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management review
- Maintain accurate documentation of production plans and execution outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
