Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, review, and update the city's comprehensive development plan, medium-term expenditure framework, and annual investment program
- Coordinate with national government agencies, local government units, and private sector partners to align development initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of development projects, programs, and policies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and policy recommendations for submission to local legislature and higher authorities
- Conduct research and analysis on demographic trends, economic indicators, and spatial patterns to inform planning decisions
- Facilitate public consultations and stakeholder meetings to gather community input and build consensus on development priorities
- Ensure compliance with national planning standards, environmental regulations, and spatial planning guidelines
- Supervise and mentor junior planning staff, providing technical guidance on planning methodologies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Regional Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in development planning, urban planning, or public administration
- Proficiency in GIS software, AutoCAD, and other planning-related computer applications
- Knowledge of Philippine laws and regulations governing local government planning, including the Local Government Code and NEDA guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in project management and team coordination
- Must be a Filipino citizen with a valid driver's license and excellent moral character
