Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic material plans to align production schedules with supply capabilities.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and turnover rates to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess holding costs.
- Analyze demand patterns and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve material shortages and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve cost efficiency and delivery performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in materials planning, operations management, or supply chain logistics.
- Proven experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective supplier coordination.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
