- Develop and implement strategic production planning processes to optimize capacity utilization and ensure efficient workflow
- Lead cross-functional teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts and business objectives
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to support production schedules
- Implement and maintain planning discipline across all manufacturing operations
- Develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions and maintain production continuity
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure production standards are met consistently
- Regularly review and update production planning systems to incorporate new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, operations management, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of improving capacity alignment and planning discipline in complex manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
