Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules aligned with sales forecasts and inventory levels
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Monitor inventory metrics to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between production, warehouse, and purchasing departments
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality control standards
- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, inventory turnover, and production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or procurement within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and forecast trends
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
