Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, specifically focusing on airfreight logistics and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and carriers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand, mitigate risks, and optimize freight costs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records for all airfreight activities.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against SLAs to ensure service quality.
- Support the planning team in implementing process improvements to streamline operational workflows.
- Resolve logistical bottlenecks and shipping discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, planning, or logistics coordination, preferably in airfreight.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on vendor relationship management.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure MNC environment with tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive approach to identifying operational efficiencies and process improvements.
