- Assist in planning and executing project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate with stakeholders and consultants to ensure smooth project implementation
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Assist in budget management and cost control
- Prepare project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with stakeholders and consultants
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with project planning software and tools
- Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
