Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools
- Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders
- Analyze project timelines to identify potential delays and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedule adherence and resource optimization
- Monitor critical path activities and provide regular updates to management
- Support project management in risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and contractual requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex project data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
