Are you a meticulous planner with a passion for organization and efficiency? We are representing a distinguished player in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry, and they are searching for a proactive Planning Staff to join their growing team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
In this critical role, you will be the linchpin between production goals and material availability. Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, you will coordinate directly with material controllers, oversee the lifecycle of production consumables, and champion the implementation of 5S principles. Your efforts will directly translate to a safer, more organized, and highly efficient manufacturing floor.
Your Key Focus Areas:
- Material Coordination: Guarantee the timely availability of all necessary production materials.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control production consumables to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive the 5S methodology to ensure a world-class working environment.
- Data Analysis: Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel skills to track metrics and generate insightful reports.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with Material Controllers to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and production consumables.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of production supplies, minimizing waste and preventing stockouts.
- Implement and sustain 5S practices across the production floor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist in the development and execution of production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity planning.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance) to resolve material issues and optimize workflow.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on material status, 5S audit scores, and production planning KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in production planning, material control, or inventory management within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of 5S principles, lean manufacturing, and waste reduction methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Willing to work onsite in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
