Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and align business strategies with internal and external stakeholders to drive organizational growth and market positioning
  • Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across all business operations and project implementations
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic documentation for executive leadership and board-level audiences
  • Support daily operational activities and coordinate cross-functional team efforts to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Foster strong relationships with Japanese-speaking partners and clients to support business development initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or consulting within the banking or financial services sector
  • Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English is essential for this role
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to successful completion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of Malaysian banking regulations and compliance frameworks is advantageous
  • Experience working in multicultural environments, particularly with Japanese companies or subsidiaries
