Tanggung Jawab
- Understand, interpret, and implement contractual agreements related to material liability between Jabil and its customers.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) by effectively loading demand while considering material availability and capacity constraints.
- Lead the material planning function to ensure on-time availability of components, preventing production delays and optimizing inventory levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to align planning strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze planning KPIs, identifying trends, forecasting demand, and recommending proactive measures for continuous improvement.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of planning professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
- Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory, enhance planning accuracy, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in planning, supply chain, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex contractual agreements and manage material liability effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
