Join UIS Technologies as a Planning Team Lead and spearhead our production planning operations to drive operational excellence. In this critical role, you'll lead a dynamic team to align production demand with capacity and materials, ensuring optimal resource utilization. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the production planning team to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Align production demand with capacity and material availability through strategic scheduling
- Drive on-time delivery performance by coordinating with manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules and material requirement plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on planning effectiveness
- Continuously refine planning processes to support business growth objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP and planning software (SAP, Oracle)
- Proven track record in optimizing production schedules and improving delivery rates
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics sector preferred
