Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the planning department to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee end-to-end order management processes from receipt to final shipment.
- Collaborate closely with internal production, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve supply bottlenecks.
- Maintain proactive communication with key customers regarding order status, lead times, and potential risks.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure planning accuracy and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce lead-time variability.
- Ensure compliance with all company quality, safety, and operational standards within the planning cycle.
- Analyze market demand patterns to provide actionable insights for long-term production forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in order management, production planning, or customer fulfillment.
- Strong background in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or high-tech manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating professional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to interface with cross-functional teams and external clients.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and inventory management strategies.
