Are you a detail-oriented student or recent graduate with a passion for retail strategy and visual merchandising? Matahari Putra Prima, one of Indonesia's leading retail companies, is looking for a proactive Planogram Intern to join our dynamic team in Tangerang.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of retail operations. You will play a crucial role in supporting our category management team by ensuring that product displays are optimized for maximum visibility and sales performance. You will work closely with experienced professionals to translate consumer insights into effective store layout plans, helping us maintain the high standards of visual excellence that define our brand.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and maintenance of planograms for various product categories.
- Support the visual merchandising team in ensuring store layouts align with company strategy.
- Analyze sales performance data to suggest improvements for product placement and shelf space allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement seasonal and promotional display changes.
- Ensure all product data and image assets are accurately updated in the planogram software.
- Conduct regular store visits or virtual audits to verify planogram compliance.
- Prepare reports on shelf space productivity and merchandising effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge or interest in visual merchandising principles and retail inventory management.
- Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
