We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Plant Electrician to join our state-of-the-art facility in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of electrical malfunctions in plant machinery, conveyors, compressors, and other production equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections on electrical panels, motors, transformers, and lighting systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Install, configure, and test new electrical equipment and wiring systems in compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and company standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and production supervisors to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, parts inventory, and system documentation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and other automated control systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related technical course.
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Practitioner (Registered Master Electrician) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Plant Electrician or Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing, food processing, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Able to work a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, and respond to plant emergencies as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Willing to be assigned in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
