GAMA Foods is one of the Top 3 Poultry Integrators in the Philippines, committed to delivering quality chicken products and improving the Quality of Life. We are looking for a competent and experienced Plant Electrician to join our Engineering team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.
This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all electrical systems and equipment within our poultry processing plant. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic industrial environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Work with PLC control systems and automation equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and schedule maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational/Technical graduate in Electrical Technology or related field.
- Licensed Master Electrician or Registered Electrical Engineer preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of industrial electrician experience, ideally in food processing or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, and controls.
- Proficient in reading electrical diagrams and using diagnostic tools.
- Experience with PLCs, automation, and variable frequency drives is an advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work shifting schedules and flexible hours when needed.
