Tanggung Jawab
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on industrial electrical equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, and control systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, and components for new and existing production lines.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical malfunctions in automated packaging and processing machinery to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide maintenance and installation tasks.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and company standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize plant efficiency and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and inventory of electrical parts and supplies.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades to existing electrical infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related vocational course.
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Practitioner. Registered Master Electrician (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and automation.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical circuits, using multimeters, megger testers, and other diagnostic tools.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule, extended hours, and respond to emergency call-outs.
- Detail-oriented, highly safety-conscious, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in Taguig City.
