Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies for plant infrastructure
- Lead engineering teams in maintenance planning, execution, and optimization
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety protocols
- Overhaul plant systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment
- Manage capital projects from conception to commissioning
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and technical support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of plant engineering experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and predictive maintenance technologies
- Professional Engineering License (PEng) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering simulation software
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training
- Demonstrated success in reducing operational costs and improving asset reliability
