- Oversee daily plant operations, including machinery maintenance and production line optimization
- Design, implement, and monitor engineering solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on cost reduction and productivity
- Manage plant assets, including equipment calibration and lifecycle planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing plant engineering
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools
- Experience implementing safety and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis expertise
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
