Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations, performance monitoring, and maintenance of water filtration systems
- Implement and optimize preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets efficiently
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with engineering teams for system upgrades and process enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of plant engineering or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and filtration technologies
- Certification in plant maintenance management (preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software and maintenance management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid Professional Engineer license (PRC) in the Philippines
- Experience with ISO 9001/14001 compliance standards
