PT Wijaya Pangan Utama is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Engineer to join our dynamic production team in Cileungsi. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our manufacturing facilities run at peak performance. You will oversee technical maintenance, civil infrastructure, and electrical systems, playing a pivotal role in optimizing production efficiency and plant reliability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, a keen eye for preventative maintenance, and the ability to lead technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced food processing environment. You will work closely with the production and facility management teams to implement cost-effective solutions and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze factory operational needs with a focus on mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering requirements.
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of all plant machinery and production equipment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Conduct regular technical audits of facility infrastructure and electrical distribution systems.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for production breakdowns and perform root-cause analysis.
- Supervise third-party contractors and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure all engineering operations comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant engineering environment (Food & Beverage industry experience is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, and civil maintenance.
- Proven ability to perform technical troubleshooting and read engineering drawings/schematics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
- Willingness to be based in Cileungsi and work flexible hours when required.
