Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operations
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance plant efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors
- Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Plant Engineer
- Experience in food manufacturing industry is required
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and industrial ventilation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
