Join Goldilocks Bakeshop's dynamic engineering team as a Plant Engineer, where you'll ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance in our production facilities. This critical role demands a licensed Engineer with dual expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, complemented by accreditations as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or Safety Officer (SO). You'll spearhead plant optimization initiatives, implement rigorous safety protocols, and drive environmental stewardship to maintain Goldilocks' reputation for quality and sustainability. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee plant operations, maintenance, and engineering systems to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
- Implement and enforce environmental compliance programs as accredited PCO/SO
- Lead safety initiatives, hazard assessments, and regulatory compliance audits
- Design and execute plant improvement projects for cost reduction and process enhancement
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Ensure adherence to local, national, and industry-specific safety/environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer (PRC Registered)
- Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or Safety Officer (SO) certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in plant engineering/industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety management systems
- Proficiency in CAD software and plant engineering documentation
- Experience in food manufacturing or baking industry preferred
