Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all plant engineering activities, including mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize energy consumption.
- Manage the annual engineering budget, including capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and cost control measures.
- Supervise a team of engineers and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of professional development and accountability.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental protocols.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new machinery and facility infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all technical systems and engineering project lifecycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; a Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in plant engineering or facility management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Deep expertise in preventive maintenance programs, CMMS, and lean manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S).
- Strong project management skills, specifically in executing large-scale industrial facility upgrades.
- Advanced analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PLC systems is a significant advantage.
