Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all plant engineering functions including maintenance, repairs, and equipment optimization
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
- Oversee engineering budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and quality standards
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize plant processes and improve operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement engineering solutions
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support new product development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in plant engineering with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven experience in food manufacturing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality management systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in engineering software and maintenance management systems
- Strong project management skills with experience in implementing engineering projects
