Martha Tilaar Group, a pioneer in the Indonesian cosmetic manufacturing sector, is seeking a high-caliber Plant Engineering Supervisor to join our facility in the Pulo Gadung Industrial Area, East Jakarta.
As our Plant Engineering Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team to oversee machine maintenance, utility management, and facility improvements to ensure seamless, high-volume production of our iconic beauty brands. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the plant engineering and maintenance team to ensure operational uptime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Oversee utility systems (HVAC, Water, Electricity, Boilers) to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage engineering project budgets, procurement of spare parts, and vendor relationships.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on the production line to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all engineering practices adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards in a cosmetic manufacturing environment.
- Provide regular technical reports to senior management regarding plant performance and improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (Cosmetics, Pharma, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of PLC, industrial automation, and utility management.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle high-pressure production deadlines.
- Deep understanding of GMP, K3 (OHS), and ISO quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to be based in the Pulo Gadung area, East Jakarta.
