Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize plant extraction processes for botanical ingredients
- Monitor and troubleshoot extraction equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for extraction lines
- Conduct quality control testing and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D to scale new extraction technologies
- Analyze production data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in plant extraction or process engineering
- Strong knowledge of extraction technologies (supercritical, solvent, etc.)
- Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations
- Experience with process optimization and equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in data analysis and process documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
