We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Plant Foreman to oversee and lead our maintenance and heavy equipment operations in Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will become a key driver in ensuring maximum fleet availability, operational efficiency, and a culture of safety on-site.
As a Plant Foreman, you will manage daily maintenance schedules, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and lead a dedicated team of mechanics and technicians. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities of heavy equipment and plant machinery.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on the shop floor and on-site.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults in mining transport fleets.
- Manage workshop inventory, spare parts requests, and optimize the use of tools and equipment.
- Prepare comprehensive maintenance logs, progress reports, and equipment history documentation for plant management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role within the mining industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mining transportation fleets, coal hauling trucks, and heavy earthmoving machinery.
- Possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be located in remote mining sites in Kalimantan Timur on a roster schedule.
