Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily management and maintenance of all plant IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, implementing new technologies to enhance manufacturing productivity and operational workflows.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal performance.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the internal IT support team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with plant management to identify IT needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (relevant technical field).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or leadership roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SCADA, and industrial automation protocols.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects, including system upgrades and network expansions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve critical IT issues.
